Pinewood Yoga collects your data in order to:

• Take bookings for classes
• Provide appropriate teaching for your needs and keep you safe
• Email you with information relevant to classes

How do I store your data?

I am committed to ensuring that your information is secure. Access to information stored electronically and on paper is not shared with third parties. Electronic data is password protected. Paper files are stored in a locked cabinet.

Pinewood Yoga will keep your information for seven years from the date of your last attendance at a class. Once this time period has expired, your data will be deleted.

Marketing

You will only receive information directly relating to the classes, and you can opt out at any time.
